    The problem

Prospecting is a stack of tools. Scout is one workflow.

Disconnected data, generic emails, missed follow-ups, and a dozen messages to find a meeting time. Scout keeps one record from first search to booked call.

    End to end

    Twelve stages. One outcome.

From a website URL to a briefed sales rep. Every stage keeps its inputs, outputs, status and audit history.

    Evidence-driven

    Every claim has a source.

Scout separates verified facts from inferences, hypotheses and unknowns. It never turns a guess into a claim in your outreach, and it never presents a guessed email as verified.

    • Source URL and timestamp on every signal
    • Explainable scores with visible uncertainty
    • Hard disqualifiers override high scores
    • No lowering the bar to hit a lead count

    Conversations to calendar

    Interest becomes a booked meeting.

Scout reads replies, drafts answers from your approved knowledge base, checks real calendar availability, and confirms only after the calendar provider does.

    • Live free/busy, working hours, buffers and time zones
    • Availability revalidated right before booking
    • Duplicate bookings prevented, conflicts escalated
    • Follow-ups stop the moment someone replies or books
    • A private brief for the rep, kept out of the invite

    Human-controlled automation

You set the autonomy. Scout stays inside it.

Research can run on its own within budget. Anything that sends a message or touches a calendar needs the permission you give it.

    Level 1 · Default

    You approve every reply

Scout drafts responses and scheduling suggestions. Nothing is sent until you say so.

    • Drafts with full conversation context
    • One-click approve or edit
    • Escalates anything unsupported

    Level 2 · Planned

    Scout handles routine topics

Within approved topics, messaging rules and confidence thresholds, Scout replies by itself.

    • Approved topics and knowledge only
    • Confidence thresholds you set
    • Everything else goes to your inbox

    Level 3 · Future

    Broader conversations, firm guardrails

Wider conversations under defined guardrails, introduced only after validation.

    • Defined escalation rules
    • Full audit trail
    • Never invents pricing or commitments

    Industry-agnostic

Strategies come from your business profile. No hardcoded verticals or keyword lists.

    Explainable by default

See why a company was found, why it qualified, why a contact was chosen and why a message was written.

    Compliance built in

Suppression lists, unsubscribe handling, sending limits and provider rules. A public email is not blanket permission to market.

    Budget-aware

Usage tracked by campaign and provider. At a limit, Scout stops or asks.

    Never fabricates

No invented prices, capabilities, references or contact details.

    Learns from outcomes

Feedback and real results refine strategy. Silence is not treated as a verdict.

    Full-funnel visibility

    From discovered to meeting completed.

Scout reports the whole journey and keeps booked, completed and qualified meetings separate.

    FAQ

    Good questions.

What do I need to get started?

Just your website. Scout drafts a business profile and suggested ICPs you can edit before anything runs.

Will Scout send emails without my approval?

No. Campaigns need approval before activation, and reply autonomy starts at manual approval. You choose when to loosen it.

How do you avoid made-up facts?

Findings are classified as verified fact, strong inference, hypothesis or unknown, and outreach may only use supported claims.

Which email and calendar tools are supported?

Gmail and Outlook for email, and Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar for scheduling, are the planned first integrations.

When does Scout say a meeting is booked?

Only after the calendar provider acknowledges the event. Event creation and attendee acceptance are tracked separately.

    What does it cost?
